A group of American tourist meet after their bus crashes in Brazil. They go to find refreshments, but by the time they return, the bus has gone. Staying at a local beach, they're belongings are all stolen after being drugged at a party. Searching for police, they find a local they met at a beach, Kiko, who says he will let them stay at his uncles house to rest. However, on the way Kiko is injured in a cliff diving accident, and the group takes him to his uncles house to help him. When Kiko wakes up, he warns the group to leave, but it is too late. His uncle arrives, and locks them up, taking Amy to steal her organs for the poor in his country. The group must find a way to escape, or face the surgeons scalpel.
